This is a slice of Cyprus endgrain challa board. That was from a branch from my front yard that fell about 15 years ago and snapped.the power pole. (SES came)I sawed this by slice hand and worked on it for some years until.it was perfect and the wood stabilized. I had to keep filling in the imperfections with epoxy and sanding it back.

Took years until I was happy that it was perfect. Then i gave it away as a gift to.a good friend of mine as no one wanted to pay the $700 i wanted to charge for it.
